Cancellation policy

- All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: eucap2022@pacifico-meetings.com)

- Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking.

- Cancellations received up to January 26^th 2022: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.

- Cancellations received up to February 10^th 2022: refund of 50% of hotel stay.

- No refund will be made for cancellations received after February 11^th.

- In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.

Method of payment

All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:

- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until the 27^th of March 2022.
