EuCAP Hybrid components
As announced previously some EuCAP elements are included to allow the attendance to EuCAP to those delegates that cannot attend due to COVID situation. These elements are:
Streaming sessions:
The virtual platform is accesible through: https://virtualeucap2022.com
The sessions in Auditorium (Monday), Madrid room (Tuesday to Friday) and Rome room (every day) will be live. The login and password will be sent to all the delegates via e-mail.
These sessions include: opening ceremony, keynote speakers, invited speakers, most of the industrial workshops, some convened sessions and some oral sessions. And, everyone will be able to see the sessions, both in the room and in remote area.
These sessions will be available up to three months after the conference.
Other oral and convened sessions:
All the other rooms will have a zoom connection to allow the authors to present their papers remotely. The chairs and volunteers will help the authors in the process. These sessions will only be visible in the meeting room.
The authors and session chairs should have received an e-mail with the link to the platform. If you did not receive it, please contact, info@eucap2022.org. If the presenter is not in the conference centre, he will be able to present via zoom. As backup, the chair will show the video uploaded in EDAS.
For the session chairs, please, make sure you are able to connect your EDAS account (with your login and password).
Information and posters available in EDAS:
All the authors are required to submit either the video (MP4) format or posters (PDF). The objective is to have access to this information to the virtual delegates. The information will be available for up to three months after the conference to all the EuCAP2022 registered delegates. The papers, videos and/or posters only will be available on-line to all the registered delegates after the session where they are presented, through this link: https://edas.info/web/eucap2022/program.html
Please note also that video presentations will only become available for viewing after the session that they are part of has concluded (at which point they will remain accessible for 3 months). Poster presentations are available immediately. Since EDAS e-mail and EuCAP2022 registration e-mail could be different, we have prepared some instructions to use the EDAS platform:
Instructions for video and poster access through EDAS
Short Courses:
The short courses on April 1st since 15.00 to 19.00 will be completely on-line. A link should have been provided to all the registered people. If you did not receive it, please contact, info@eucap2022.org. The course organizer will have the support of one EuCAP2022 volunteer to manage the short course.
